Built for readers
Structured Notion pages with book covers, notes, and tags—ready for searching, resurfacing, and sharing.
Set it and forget it
Hourly syncs keep your Notion library fresh while you keep reading. No manual exports or scripts.
Privacy-first
Your Kindle session stays in your browser; we never see your credentials. Your notes remain yours.
Your highlights deserve daylight.
Turn Kindle into a living Notion library and revisit ideas when they matter.
KindleSync stays simple on purpose. The extension captures your Kindle highlights and the backend keeps Notion organized.
Highlights beam to your Notion database every hour with covers, metadata, and notes.
Use your existing Kindle session plus our guided Notion template. No CSVs or exports to manage.
A clean schema keeps quotes, authors, and notes tidy so you can search and resurface fast.
Install once, connect Notion, and let the sync run. The extension securely reuses your Kindle session and our backend handles the Notion updates.
The Chrome extension reuses the Kindle session already signed into your browser—your credentials never touch our servers.
Our backend picks up highlights and sends them to your Notion database every hour so your notes stay current.
Syncing needs the extension active. Daily browsing keeps updates flowing automatically; long breaks just delay the next sync, not lose highlights.
Compatibility notes
Only Google Chrome and Notion are supported today.
“KindleSync is great. It lets me revisit insights from books I read years ago — and using Notion AI on the template surfaces common themes across everything I’ve read.”

How does the extension access my Kindle highlights?
It reuses your already-authenticated Kindle session inside Chrome. We never handle or see your login details.
How often does syncing happen?
Our backend syncs to your Notion knowledge base every hour so new highlights land quickly.
Do I need Chrome open?
Yes. Syncing requires the extension to run, which needs Chrome active. If you browse daily, updates happen transparently; long offline periods only postpone the next sync, not lose highlights.
Do I have to use your Notion template?
We include a Book Vault template for quick setup, but you can point KindleSync at your own database if you prefer.
Your Kindle credentials stay in Chrome; we never store them. You own your Notion workspace.
Pro Tip:
Pair KindleSync with our Notion Book Vault template for instant structure. The setup guide is included with your subscription.

I built KindleSync because I was tired of paying $100+/year just to see my own highlights. KindleSync is meant to be a focused, affordable bridge for people who love reading and love Notion.
